Phoenix is a participating contractor in the NYSERDA Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program. We have been helping homeowners significantly reduce their energy use, make valuable improvements to their homes and recoup thousands of dollars in state incentive money.
In order to get started, Phoenix strongly recommends that each homeowner have a Comprehensive Home Assessment (a.k.a. an energy audit) conducted in their home. Not only will this enable Phoenix to determine what improvements you really need, but it will make you eligible for the NYSERDA cash incentive program.
