Like caring for your car, yearly maintenance will help ensure that your equipment is running safely and efficiently. Don’t wait until the coldest day of the year to find out your equipment has a problem. And we all know what it is like to not have air conditioning when the temperature is sweltering and the humidity is 100%.
Phoenix can help you avoid these problems with a variety of service and maintenance plans. Depending on the age and type of equipment, we have a service contract that will ensure your equipment is well-maintained so it will work when you need it most.
SILVER SERVICE: Two (2) preventive maintenance visits (spring & fall)
- Filter change (spring & fall) (Filter not included)
- Condensate line check (spring & fall)
- Humidifier service (fall)
- Electrical systems check (spring & fall)
- System function check (temperatures)
- Thermostat operations check (spring & fall)
- No trip charge
- Preferred Service scheduling
- Parts not included
- Additional service provided at hourly rates
GOLD SERVICE: Two (2) preventive maintenance visits ( spring & fall )
Same as Silver coverage, plus:
- 10% discount on labor
- 10% discount on parts
- Two (2) additional service calls during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
- Additional service provided at hourly rates
PLATINUM SERVICE: Two (2) preventive maintenance visits (spring & fall)
Same as Silver & Gold coverage, plus:
- Labor included during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
